Well ,spring has very quickly turned into summer. The children are thoroughly enjoying the pool, and my thoughts turn to the importance of  having enough water to get our animals through the next few hot months.It's not until one moves to the country that any thought is given to what comes out of the tap. Here no one takes it for granted, and our children are growing up with a healthy respect for the imprtance of being good stewards of this very special life giving gift from above. We celebrate every shower and thank God for his graciousness,then we busy ourselves planting in the garden to give the seedlings a little headstart of moist ground to establish in. Thank you Lord  for showing me the details that I missed when life was "city paced" and I took so much for granted.
